Saint Anthony Memorial is a division of the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services, Inc. The hospital is governed by the Sisters of St. Francis Health Services Board of Directors and the Northern Indiana Region Board of Directors for the Sisters of St. Francis. Region Board members offer their services on a volunteer basis, and are chosen to represent the Order of St. Francis, hospital management, the physicians at Saint Anthony Memorial, business and the community.
